Scheduling an Appointment In Person: Please call at (847) 466 - 7260 to schedule an appointment during Office Hours. When calling to make an appointment please describe your needs to our staff so that an appropriate length of time can be reserved for you. We attempt to schedule appointments to accommodate our patients' needs. We also make every effort to see patients at scheduled appointment times, as we realize that your time is valuable. However, sometimes we do fall behind schedule or are called out of office to attend deliveries or to handle emergency cases. Our staff will attempt to notify you by telephone so that you can choose to either keep your appointment time or reschedule it.

Canceling an Appointment: If you cannot keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Additionally, if you will be unavoidably late for your appointment, please call us to let us know we will do our best to accommodate you around your earlier scheduled slot. If you arrive very late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Telephone Calls - During Office Hour: Try to call with routine questions during our regular office hours. When calling with a problem or question, describe the situation in detail to our staff. This will help the doctor determine the nature of the problem and respond quickly and accurately to your request. Either a staff member or doctor will return your call as soon as possible depending on the nature of urgency of your problem. Unless the situation is very urgent or an emergency, calls will usually be returned during lunch or after the last patient appointment of the day; please make sure you leave a reliable number where you can be reached at these times.

Telephone Calls - Outside Office Hour:  The on call physician is available for Expecting Mothers who are registered patients or for Patients’ who were operated by our doctor during last 14 days. We may not be able to refill prescriptions after the office is closed or attend to general nature non emergency situation. Please call us at any time during your pregnancy if you experience the following:
  • Bleeding similar to a period.

  • Severe abdominal pain.

  • Severe headache that isn't relieved with Tylenol.

  • Severe nausea and vomiting with inability to hold down food or water for longer than 24 hours.

If you feel and think that your situation needs urgent medical attention; call our office at (847) 466 - 7260 to reach our 24/7 answering service.
